About Us
Established in 1984, Andrew Grove & Co. started as a small practice dealing with a wide range of cases, from conveyancing and family law, to general litigation. However, since 1996, when a client came forward to talk of their treatment at a local children’s home, we have become specialists in historical abuse litigation. With both Kathy and Andrew coming from social work backgrounds, a focus in this area of litigation was the logical step for the company. Since then we have recovered millions of pounds in damages for clients across the globe.
Our Work
We have a breadth of experience in a wide range of abuse cases and have taken action against: local authorities; children’s homes; foster parent/carers; religious organisations and the Scouts Association – no organisation is too big for us to take on. We have managed group actions against local authorities representing in excess of 100 clients, as well as cases of individuals.
We are based in Cambridge, but we endeavour to visit all our clients, no matter where they are in the world. We also conduct weekend or evening visits to accommodate those who work or have other commitments and video-calls are always available when physical meetings may not be possible. We pride ourselves on being a friendly approachable firm with a small dedicated team. You will always be able to speak with the same person in confidence.
